The vendor never picks the phone.
i was sending mails regarding replacement from last 13 days and no one replies after that they had given me a mail:

*they had wasted my time and demands to send the product back in which they will be giving me a online Gift Certificate to purchase again. do they think that i will purchase again from their website.

when i calling[protected] rediff customer care the lady replies you plz send the product back and we will take a necessary action. this is the only work i have to call them everyday. i hope i will get the product which i had ordered after giving a complain on consumer court.
