I have purchased 2 quntities of I Care Digital Thermometer on 20 Nov. 2010 as per order no. 6183556 via Rediff.Com Online Shopping. I received only 1 quantity and complained to customer care. They promised refund for 1 quantity Rs. 99/- over e-mail but not received it. Now they have stopped responding to my e-mails. Please help.

REDIFF SHOPPING.COM - Vaccum cleaner — NOt received ordered item after payment

I had ordered a hand vaccum cleaner -order no 4684214, and the order approved, meaning money debited from account on 27 June. But upto now, the consignment has not been shipped. On contacting the Vendors number it says no such number exists.
I contacted rediff care centre in Mumbai(it was STD for me) and on saying my order number the lady just put me on hold and never answered back

Refund not received

I have purchased Logitech Internet Pro Desktop Keyboard on 04 Dec. 2011 as per order no. 6800670 via Rediff.Com Online Shopping. But Order is Out of Stock and complained to customer care. They promised refund for e-mail but not received it. Now they have stopped responding to my e-mails. Please help.

Rediff has failed to deliver against my Oder no:7438758 due to out of stock item. Despite repeated follow up they have not refunded and reversed the credit card transaction.

Warning to others to never buy on Rediff ever.

I have ordered Car vacuum cleaner online from Rediff shopping, But I received faulty product.On complaint to them they asked me to courier back faulty item on their cost & they will reimburse me courier charges paid by me on their behalf, which I already done.On receipt of material I got an written confirmation that I will get DD/pay order towards refund of courier charges within next 12 to 15 days. but now almost a month gone & yet they have not send me my refund.
Such online shopping sites must be blocked for their such behavior with customer.even their call center phones are always busy & nobody come to talk to you.
