Dear Sir,
My order number is 7938053. the Himalaya baby powder is not delivered to me but customer care is telling it is delivered. i have also given complain for that(complain no 44200). i have given complain on 5 days before and i am asking for refund. no reply from anyone from 5days. i have ordered the product on 09.04.13.thay are btelling me we are investigating from 15days. so do the refund or i will go for conumer court.

Rediffshopping — not delivered order

i place a order kids educational laptop on 16/8/08, i got conformation from rediff shoping with courier details but still they didnt delivered the product also i order another product for that they take the amount from bank and they ask me to send the details of credit card and my autherity letter, this is very bad service i hve seen.i think courier are fraud or rediff shopping
