[Resolved] Shopping. Rediff.com — Order Cancelled but money not refunded

Hi,
I have ordered a Watch (worth Rs.299 + Shipping 50) from rediff Shopping on 16.11.2010 but after contineous following up with rediff, on 8.12.2010, I have recieved mail from rediff that my order has been cancelled and money will be refunded in next 72 hours.
But now 13 days has been passed, and I am contineous following up with them but my money is not refunded by rediff or I have not got any response from them.
Please help.

I purchased an item, which was defective. Infect it was an old repaired item. I returned the item and asked for refund. They have not refunding my money. My order: 7127517
Their call center do not reply to your emails. Phone do not work. They send the same automated reply to my emails some time.
Never use their service.
Avoid Avoid Avoid.
