hi, i ordered a lephone ulta dual sim mobile phone with camera on this online shopping site in december last year.my ORDER NO. is 6236420.i opted for cash on delivery.after 2-3 days i got the courier.I checked the courier bag and it was properly sealed so i paid the amount Rs.1199+ 75(postage & handling)+20(for cash on delivery),total Rs.1294. but when i opened the bag i found a poorly packed mobile phone with packet seal broken.instead of lephone ultra dual sim mobile phone they send me an icell-i666 mobile which was completely different from the advertisement shown on the site.when i contacted the customer care,they apologised and asked me to send the product back for replacement to the seller's address via courier.i was told that the courier charges will be refunded via a pay order.after that i send the product back to the seller's address that they gave me on 30th december 2010 and forwarded the courier details to both the seller and the customer care.
after 2-3 days the customer care told me that my replacement will be dispatched by the seller(hp enterprises,chennai) within next 7-8 working days and the courier charges(Rs.170)will be refunded via a pay order on my name and will be delivered in 10-12 days.but it has been 14-15 days since then and still the replacement has not been delivered to me.when i complained about this to the customer care, they told me it will be delivered in 2-3 days and after that they stopped replying.even the seller is not replying to me.still i have not received the replacement and the pay order.
i request you to take an appropriate action towards this and ask them to send my replacement.i will be really thankful.
