Shopping. Rediff.com — Wrong goods delivered

I ordered 2 sets of 3 in a pack of double bed sheets on rediff shopping site. They delivered 3 single bed sheets worth 675Rs. I tried contacting rediff shopping their communication is ver low inspite of sending them lots of e mails they answered once after which no reply at all. I tried contacting the tel nos. and e mail I'd of the venders but they are all wrong and so cannot contact them. These are the information given to me which was not helpful.
