Sir, My aunt has sent courier from Dahanu under my wife's name, and same was expected to be delivered on 20/5/2013. but, same is not yet received by me. Your concerned person is telling that courier is delivered but I have not received. He must have done mistake in delivery or lost it. He is not giving proper answer. therefore, you are kindly requested to look in to the matter. the courier supposed to be received on following address i.e. H-12, 2:2, Sector-4, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai-400705. THIS IS VIVEK THAKKAR FROM BHAVNAGAR -GUJARAT. I HAD SEND ONE DOCKET FROM WAGHAVADI ROAD BHAVNAGAR BRANCH ON 27TH MAY 2011.FROM BHAVNAGAR(GUJ) TO NAKHTRANA(KUTCH)WITH RECEIPT NO 1267. SENDER SAURASHTRA HASSIAN AND GUNNY BAG SUPPLIERS-BHAVNAGAR AND RECEIVER WAS JALARAM ENTERPRISE-NAKHTRANA.TODAY ON 1ST JUNE OUR PARTY STILL NOT RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING DOCKET,AND WHEN WE CONTACT YOUR BHAVNAGAR OFFICE WE CAN NOT GET ANY PROPER ANSWER AND REASON FOR NOT DELIVERING THE DOCKET.FURTHER I HAD VISITED THE BRANCH ONCE AND MAKE A CALLS FOR 3TO4 TIMES FOR INQUIRING OUR DOCKET STILL I CANT GET ANY REASON FOR NOT DELIVERING OUR DOCKET. Service — non delivery of courier
have never seen such a lazy/sluggish and non-sincere courier company in my life. All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.They deliver tappals according to their convenience. They are not at all sincere. When I tried to contact HYD phone numbers and Chennnai phone numbers THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE.
No body bother to check those numbers whether those numbers are working are not which was mentioned in site.
Yester day when I tried to contact at HYD on [protected] one MR.ramesh lifted the phone and he introduced himself as AREA MANAGER. I dont understand whether he know the meaning of Area manager he replied that he will check the deails and call back to me with in 20 mins. Till now he didn't turned back to me. It is very pity on Expressit that it is recruting sucha a irresponsibile/lazy non responsible persons.
I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.
