[Resolved]  Shree Balaji Courier — Service Deficiency

I had sold a product through ebay.in and the item had to be shipped to Bikaner. I booked in Shree Balaji courier on 2-6-2011. The buyer did not received any parcel and I had to repay the money back. Still I have not got any POD or the item returned from the courier company. No one is giving proper answer to my problem. I have the original booking receipt. I have lost my money as well as the product. Kindly help.
