Today the court has taken a positive step to direct the EOW to produce data of Investors and issue a Notice in the newspaper for the same. The court is also oblivious that in the larger interest of the Investors Mr. Verma should be released on bail at the earliest as 99% investors present in the court were in favour of Mr. Vermas release. The court is also looking forward to have letter of support from investors for Mr. Verma release because it was categorically stated by Mr. Vermas lawyer that Mr. Verma is ready to pay all dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor and is willing to run the company. As it has been seen many complaints/FIR in other cities has made Mr. Vermas bail difficult he was not produce in court today because he is in Jaipur Jail. Any complaint in any state/city will only delay in receiving our hard earned money. Even today the complainants lawyers were favoring Mr. Vermas release to get money for their client. The court was giving 11 Feb 10 as other date for bail but Mr. Vermas Lawyer was able to impress upon the Judge to get 5 Feb 10 date to give complete details/plan how Mr. Verma will pay dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor. His lawyer has mentioned that the company has sufficient funds and willingness to continue and pay all dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor. I request people not to file any complaints/FIR in their cities as it is hampering to get our dues/returns/profit/principal amount at the earliest and now as the Delhi court is finalizing its directions on the basis of Mr. Vermas capacity to run the company and pay dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor there is no need to involve too many state/city police and/or judicial intervene. All investors favoring Mr. Vermas bail/release can submit letter of support to the representative of the Investors Forum in their city along with the details of amount to be claimed and then it would be forwarded to the Mr. Vermas lawyer to be given the the honorable Judge whenever demanded. Kindly all do the needful and pray for Mr. Vermas bail/release this is the only way now to get our dues/returns/profit/principal amount at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |

Please anybody can clear that why the MD came in press meeting. If owner of any company want to cheat his customer. He will never attend such press meeting. I hope that Mr Roopesh want to pay the money to their customer why he attend the press meeting, after the possibility that most of the people want to beat him even more.. .. I think he is honest. I also invested my money in this company.
But I never seen that a fraud person come in press meeting I think he came because he is true. Lets hope for better.

We all are agree with you. But it is not understood as to why the even ECS process could not be started till now where as the vehicle owner who have leased their vehicles to the company have already paid the EMI of the vehicles for the month of Nov & Dec 2009 from their own sources with out receiving the profit + EMI amount from the company. Is is a justice with the investors. At least ECS ion respect of those investors who have submitted NEFT forms up to 05 Dec 2009 should have been started or not. Also it is not clear when we investor will receive our profit + EMI for the month of Nov 09, Dec 09 and onward or may not be receiving further. Now we are thinking to take our vehicle back without further delay.

Your comment was certainly a confidence builder for me and other inverstors, however, i belive that now we have passed the 26th Dec mark with a comfortable margine and now it has started shaking my belife in the intent of the organisation. I am not sure how many of you have tried reaching the various offices today however, as per my today's experience I was not able to speak with anyone on any of the numbers in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune office. Some of the numbers are not even working. Staff members of Delhi office have their cellphones either swithched off or they are constantly disconnecting the calls. Situation is not friendly on the Delhi landline as well. They are simply disconnecting the phone calls.
To the best of my knowledge the only way to face such issues(if the intention is right) is by putting all the efforts in ensuring that the panic is minimal, however, the situation seems to be entirely differnt here.

The update is changing dates. 25 dec, then 28 dec, then 01 jan then 4th jan then 10 jan and now end of jan.
People of pune have decided that if some news does not turn up by 14th jan which SOSN is claming to be hearing of mr. rupesh verma, then everyone are going to assemble at a common place collect all the documents and file a Fraud case against SOSN.
If SOSN is not reponding to us then it means they have shut down. I think everyone should at all the offices should form a group and file a compliant.
