[Resolved]  Shree Om Sai Nath Car On Rent — Good News

Today the court has taken a positive step to direct the EOW to produce data of Investors and issue a Notice in the newspaper for the same. The court is also oblivious that in the larger interest of the Investors Mr. Verma should be released on bail at the earliest as 99% investors present in the court were in favour of Mr. Vermas release. The court is also looking forward to have letter of support from investors for Mr. Verma release because it was categorically stated by Mr. Vermas lawyer that Mr. Verma is ready to pay all dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor and is willing to run the company.

As it has been seen many complaints/FIR in other cities has made Mr. Vermas bail difficult he was not produce in court today because he is in Jaipur Jail. Any complaint in any state/city will only delay in receiving our hard earned money. Even today the complainants lawyers were favoring Mr. Vermas release to get money for their client.

The court was giving 11 Feb 10 as other date for bail but Mr. Vermas Lawyer was able to impress upon the Judge to get 5 Feb 10 date to give complete details/plan how Mr. Verma will pay dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor. His lawyer has mentioned that the company has sufficient funds and willingness to continue and pay all dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor.

I request people not to file any complaints/FIR in their cities as it is hampering to get our dues/returns/profit/principal amount at the earliest and now as the Delhi court is finalizing its directions on the basis of Mr. Vermas capacity to run the company and pay dues/returns/profit/principal amount to every investor there is no need to involve too many state/city police and/or judicial intervene.

All investors favoring Mr. Vermas bail/release can submit letter of support to the representative of the Investors Forum in their city along with the details of amount to be claimed and then it would be forwarded to the Mr. Vermas lawyer to be given the the honorable Judge whenever demanded.

Kindly all do the needful and pray for Mr. Vermas bail/release this is the only way now to get our dues/returns/profit/principal amount at the earliest.

This is good news for all o[censored]s. Is there any way to find out in which newspaper notice is issued for this, so that many people can read it and stop filing FIR which will make process faster to get our hard earn money.

Can any one please guide me with the format of letter of support that needs to be submitted and where it needs to be done? Why SOSN donot open there branch offices and start collecting the Letter of Support. That will make our and their life easier. I have a bunch of co-investors who actually want to support SOSN but donot know how to do that. I personally feel that Mr Verma should now change the Banker to someone else like SBI, IDBI or to any nationalised bank who have proper guidelines of functioning. Additionally, a 500 Cr defamation case should be slapped on the face of AXIS bank and recover the loss and bad naming of the SOSN company. All investors of SOSN who have any account ( savings and fd ) with AXIS bank should immediately scrap it to give them a warm warning for the trouble that they have caused us. If AXIS can play with the account of a large company they can anytime fiddle with our money even? Join hands and lets do that democratically giving right proportion to right and kick in b**t for wrong ones.

This is really a good news for everybody . Am Also in the favor of Mr. Verma . We too also haven't file any kind of FIR against him .We were worried till date, but hearing the lawyers we got some ray of hope. We also request our investor friends to wait and watch instead of becoming panic and wish for getting bail to the earliest. Also please let me know where to submit the letter of support kindly help us.

How its possible to provide this information to all the investors since most of them don't know about this way of communication.

Can someone tell me what is happeing now? there is no news from anywhere. mr. rupesh verma got the bail in mumbai. there was a huge crows who had gathered at patiala house on 6th may, still there was a hearing on 11th may. what next does someone know? what is happeing. mr. rupesh verma is in tihar or where is he?.pls. update...

Hi All,

I am one of the investor in Shree Om Sai nath Car on rent Ltd. I invested all my hard earned money in car and resort plans, deatils are as follows -

1> Ford Ikon car booked on name of Kalpana Patel, company promised to give monthly benefit of 7650 Rs till 60 months.

2> Investment on name of Sunayana Patel, company promised to give monthly benefit of 10908 Rs till 60 months.

From november 2009 onwards I didn't receive benefits, really I am in a big financial trouble :(

Can anyone please update the court hearing details, when we are going to get benefits again?
