Dear sir,
I had recently purchased a Royal Enfield Motors manufactured Thunder Bird bike. This bike was financed by Shriram Finance. I have been requesting them to give me the original RC book, for which they are declining to give me the original RC citing that it is not there practice to give the original RC book to the customer. Since I am not new to availing vehicle loans I mentioned that my previous financier had given me the original RC book, Shriram Finance is saying that each financier has his own policies. When I raised the question that why it is was not informed to me earlier, Shriram Finance declined to provide an explanation.
When I asked for a copy of the RC book, Shriram finance is asking me why I need it. I'm of the belief that as per our motor vehicles act, the rider of the vehicle must carry the original or the copy of the documents of the vehicle he is riding. when I stressed that I need the copy Immediately, the personnel Handling the call was abusive and said he would work at his convenience only. Can something be done about this? Was this information helpful? |
If we dont scare them, they will scare u til death. :)
