I opened a fixed deposit for the sum of 15000 INR on 12th Dec 2023 through online. The website is getting stuck at step 3 i.e. KYC registration. Till date I haven't received any resolution or help from Shriram Finance and my money is sitting interest free with them. I got load from your gudiyatham branch amt 760000 on aug 2019 and they calculate emi is 48 months amt 27680rs from period august 2019 to august 2023 but in corona period they not deduct emi for 3 months and now they calculate for 11 months emi ..so today visit gudiyatham branch for clarification but the staff (vinoth)behave very rude ...so pls help me and solve my problem...

This is concerning about the No objection certificate to be received from Shriram city union Finance, bethaniyapuram branch, Madurai district for the vehicle honda dio (two wheeler) bought by the customer Mr.Marimuthu. On behalf of him, I Vimalraj Paneerselvam Son in Law of Mr Marimuthu who is a senior citizen also a heart patient, writing this letter to bring to your kind notice that the vehicle Honda Dio TN58AR3415 was purchased on 01.06.2018 And the loan due was paid on time. In the mid few cheques have been bounced hence the finance firm has levied the penalty and while getting the NOC, penalty amount of Rs.7, 167/- has been paid on 03.03.2023 without wavering even one rupee with nil clearance. While paying the penalty amount the person in charge made a statement that NOC will be ready in a month. Considering this, on 04.04.23 I made a call to check the same wherein the person who responded to my call was answering casually that it will take another 2 months because of their merging process. When I wanted to just understand further on receipt date of NOC, her conversation was rude and the attitudinal conversation was not acceptable. I and my wife Dr Beena Joice Marimuthu went in person to enquire the same. We reached the office at 1.45pm and it was their lunch time where we waited to have their lunch time completed. Till then in that Branch none of the staff approached or even bothered to ask the purpose of our visit. The person who spoke to me over the phone after her lunch came to her seat but she didn’t bother. Then we made a call to the person called Karthick, two wheeler in charge who said to approach the person in charge of disbursement of RC. We approached her (Nivedha) and the tone with which spoke over the phone maintained the same in person as well where we conversed very politely to understand the receipt date. After 5 mins of her conversation, she dragged two chairs and asked to be seated which we denied so. Having not satisfied with her conversation we asked her Branch manager’s number and spoke to him and detailed the entire happening, he apologised and said that he will get the NOC ready in 15 days. If this customer approach to two professionals seeming annoyable, then the illiterates or non-professional would be treated with no respect. our contact no: [protected].

Upon completion of the all dues, I have received my RC Book from concern branch and NOC is not yet received.

The same issue has taken up with concerned branch and I am not getting proper solution and not satisfactory.

Amarnath Tiwary BR07AE8969 & GOD Knows how your staff has made me his guarantor in his loan amount, He is a fraud men and don't know how he forged my sign to take up this loan and how [censored] is your staff that they give him the loan without verifying, and the most dumbess thing in this case is how can you give loan to a fraud guy on his fraud document Pathetic
So I am giving you two options either you remove my name from his gurantor list or We will meet in court with 1 Crore defamation case on you guys.

I got this number from a newspaper add. I was in requirement for personal loan so called up this person that happen to be from Shriram finance. That person told me that I have to submit all the documents first and then as soon as I receive the approval for loan I have to pay 2300/- as processing charge and then you will get loan amount in just 24 hours. He sent a fake approval letter in the name of shriram finance with all the details mentioned....

I've settled the amount still my vehicle book and noc was not handover to me. I have came to savery finance situated in hopes for more than 4 times. Even, my brother had came to the savery office.
Today, i've reached the finance office they are saying still the rc book was not yet arrived.

1. My question is why the book was not yet surrendered to customer till one year.
2. Do you want me to carry the bill throughout the year because you are asking me the receipt after an year.

Very rude behaviour, i have not yet seen at any vehicle finance.

The same case was happened to me while i came to collect the insurance. There also back and forth was happened. Please respond.

We have taken a business loan from Shri Ram Finance 2.5 years before of Rs. 500000/- for 3 years tenure. Was paying all the installments till date without any fail however for the last 1 year my business is closed still iam paying the EMIs without fail. Now iam not in a position to make any more payments please help me to resolve the loan closure since i have already paid more than the Principal....

I have purchased a tractor loan from shriram finance and i am paying my due installments regularly without fail. now i have pay only the last payment.they are saying to pay 70, 000 rs instead of 12000 RS. and they have added more charges and interest.i have asked the company staffs for my balance amount to be paid and the statement. they are refusing to give the breakup and behaving like goondas with harsh and aggressive speech of staffs to customer,

In Shriram Finance the manager Madhu is behaving so rudely to us. If we call for any information he was simply rejecting calls. for few months back we gave to canvert debenture account to another name he is not doing by saying unnecessary reasons. We are totally frustrated by his behaviour.

I have taken two wheeler loan in Shriram finance on 28 September 2006. Total loan amount is Rs 49,491/-, Finance charges Rs 14,841/- = Rs 64,332/-. EMI is Rs. 1,787/- for 36 months. I paid initial amount of Rs.8633/- , then we paid 4 emi’s. Then I was unable to pay remaining EMIs. So shriram finance seized the bike on 27 September 2007.
