I was also employee in Shriram and i would tell to you that co.'s employees are currupt and cheater also.
Company's employees have given me fake offer letter at joining perior, when i have switched to another co. And other co. Has taken my background verification then shriram's hr said that offer letter is fake then i have to knew also bcz i had never recieved any such documents (salary slip, appointment letter, id card, official mail id etc.) in 8th months from co. HR. And co.'s HR Also sent a mail with forge resignation which has the same month of jion in. And salary has credited for 3 months into my a/c. And till now also not recieved any relieving letter/full and final settlement.
Last week, i have sent a notice to Shriram's HR, President, and my reporting Manager from my lawyer. and if they will not take any action on it then i will be case to them(Co.'s employees).

your right co, 's employees are currupt and cheaters, because i attended a interview in shriram i have a additional qualification and experience but manager intention that job gos to one lady she don't have qualification she is a tenth standard, she don't have any experience i now him past 10years, but she selected by selectors and working in repalle branch his name is himabindu. regarding this i complained with branch manager but no use. but i dont now how to contact Shriram's HR.

I was worked with Shri Ram Life Insurance Company as a Sr. BDE waidhan Dist-singrauli (m.p).that my salary was not credited by company back period of jan011 to dec011 aprox 12 months in my a/c & bonus was also hold for the year 2011. without any such reson.
if this company have no money then why they are hiring people with wrong commitment.
I will go to court n fight for my salary.
