I have applied for a personal loan and the agent told me that I have to opt for a Life insurance policy in order to get the personal loan.
I was told that I will get the loan amount after 30 days from the date of insurance policy opening. Later I came to know that it was a fraud and no personal loan was offered.
I called Shriram life insurance company to cancel my policy and get the money back and they assured that I could get the money back after paying for 3 years.
Today they said that I will get only 30% of my premium amount which is 30000. I paid around 60000 rupees.
