⭐ Fraud Alert: Insurance Scam Involving Fake Shriram Insurance Agents
People, please be alert. I recently received fraudulent calls from individuals claiming to be from Tata AIA, but they were actually from Shriram Insurance.
They told me that I had a Tata AIA bonus amount of ₹3 lakhs, and to claim it, I must purchase a temporary policy from Shriram Insurance. This is a scam.

I am gururaj chandavari, i took loan from shriram transport finance and happy with shriram transport. My compliant was i am not took any insurance policy from shriram insurance compnay, whenever called shriram insurance comapny telecaller i told him i am not interested any life insurance and still they are send me letter for certificate of insurance policey and make the premium amount or we are deducting your account link through shriram transport finance, so kindly give me support and solve the problem or shall i case to them.

C.B.SARMA, age 75 Policy no. NP[protected]. Local office Mandapeta. E.G.Dt. on maturity submitted all papers along with policy to the local office at Mandapaeta on 10.06.2015. The local office lost some papers thrice and I submitted them. Complained to the customer care of the company. stereotype replies received even after 15 days of complaint. So far maturity amount not paid. No response from the company.

I have not been under any training from Sriram Life Insurance Company, i have got trained from only branch manager about the insurance schemes of Sriram Life Insurance Company, what they have told to me and client's is that you have to pay only one premiume further you will not have to pay if you can't pay it's just like a mutual fund's, only the issue is you will not be covered of benefit of insurance whatever the funds you have invested it will grown as per market movement. Then after three years all of my clients have got the cheque saying auto surrender and got the cheque of only around 5% to 8% of their investment. When i asked to branch manager he told that IRDA has changed the policy like this, now my clients are asking me to refund the remaining amount which company has charged or frauded me, now when i asked to the branch manager (Upendra Kumar Naik, Mysore Branch) about this he is saying that i dont know anything about that i have left the job, now where should i go and ask for, when i called to customer care they will responce like they are not belong to the company, so where should i go now and ask for justice the clear thing is that Sriram Life Insurance Company has not given me any training regarding there schemes at all, i have also asked to branch manager for the same he responded whatever i have told you about the scheme is correct and company has also given me the product training as i have trained you.Second issue - The policy document should be delivered to client within 5 days of policy commencement but what happened with Sriram Life Insurance company is they have sent the pocilcy documents to there own branches when client asked for policy documents they have delivered the documents after an month or more, the thing is that if the client has got the policy documents on or before the cancellation of the period atleast he/she could have cancelled straight away after going through the policy conditions. In every cases of policy documents are opened by the branch employees itself when client or me asked for the document it used to be old and opened and it was out of Free look cancellation because they used to deliver only after an month or more, if company has the delivery signature of the policy documents of the insurance holder then please provide me so that i can inform my clients about this issue.Please note - If my clients don't get the justice.
