Subject: Reliance mobile bill of disconnected connection 5 months ago at reliance centre in kharghar for cell no. [protected]
Dear Executives,
We were using reliance communication in ahmedabad for more than 4 years we got very good hassle free service there. Now we are residing in Kharghar navi Mumbai & continued with reliance mobile on the name of my wife Mrs. Tina Sachin Shah here also by taking mobile connection from address below:-

Kharghar – 410 210, Navi Mumbai
We have disconnected our cell connection for more than 5 months ago from above centre. Still we shall be receving your monthly bill at our residence.
We have produced all the bills which we have received so far to M/S disha Telecom & informed them every time immediately.
We are facing following problems without any lackings / mistakes from our side:-
1. After disconnecting the connection we had asked for letter stating connection is disconnected which we have not got till date. We repeatedly asked for final settlement letters but except assurances till date we have not received anything from Disha telecom.
2. We were always told form Mr. Chaudhary that your bill is resolved now & hence forth there will not be any call from your customer care or any phone bills to you. But nothing is true & everything is continued to harass us.
3. Your representatives have visited till date three times to my house for bill collections. They do not have any manners to speak & use foul language to my wife for collection of bills. We met to your Mr. Chaudhary on last Saturday & handed over him bill we received from your end. He again told us same old story & informed us do not bother of such bills & I have resolved everything already. Still your one representative had visited to our house on moday i.1. on 2/3/08 for collection of money which is not at all due at our end.
I would like to bring your notice that infact when we disconnected cell connection, we suppose to get @ Rs 100 from reliance from our deposit money. But we are facing altogether very strange problem.
I want to ask Reliance officials followings:-
1. Is it not a case of harassment to customer. At one side you will not give any proof for disconnecting the number & other end you keep on charging the bills & sending bills regularly.
2. What action reliance will take to stop such trouble to customers.
3. May I expect reply from reliance on this issue.
4. As a customer what we should do? If it continues as what explained above?
I am sure concern officials from reliance will intervene in this complaint & sort out the issue.
Expect reply & action report from your end.
