[Resolved] Siemens Home India — Washing Machine - Pathetic Support-Case No[protected]
Problem - Siemens WM Front door -Hinge support broken (worst Quality) and no drain of water [Model -WM12K169IN)
Complaint raised on - 29/05/2021 - Under Warranty
Got a call from Sameer [Service engineer] /next day - Asked us to send photos of door which has sent immediately.
As per him, No spare available in stock, need to order and he told part cost i have to bear which i agreed and the visit charge wont be there due to under warranty.
Since then so-many follow up for the same and not seeing any response. Customer care shared me two bogus service branch no ..which is always set as busy. [prasad -[protected] /yogesh [protected]]
I have thought Siemens (international quality) but after purchase felt that it is very cheap brand with respect to product quality and after sales support.
I have made wrong decision to bought it. Still not received any service support /visit, we are washing in hand since one month because of this bad decision.
Request you the complaints reviewer team to check and resolve my issue on top priority. Brand name will be out if such bad service support.
