[Resolved]  Siemens — Washing machine WM2020A

My siemens washing machine WM 2020 A though worked well for about 6.5 years could continue to work after a months break and at a cost of Rs.3000/- approx for the service by the authorised personnel. After replacing the faulty bearings pair and the pair of shock absorbers, and after just 3 months the machine justs sound like a thunder or just like a airplane ready to take off. I am surprised by the quality of the service rendered by an international giant like siemens could not last long. I am convinced that the parts supplied by them are not the standards of the original parts replaced by them. They replaced by thebearings with a pair of local SKF bearings and the brand of the shock absorbers is not known. I also could not read any markings on the removed bearings or shock absorbers.

If the company is not able to service properly after the sale they should just quit selling the product.
