Dear Airtel support, I lakshmanan with Airtel from prepaid to postpaid since 2001 and I am facing couple of issues with my 121 customer care number.
1. I get all the information in kannada, please change to english.
2. Since couple of days when I call 121, I get only my unbilled amount in Kannada and no other information.
Hope my complaint is clear or please call on my mob no [protected] for further details.
FYI: I have given a complaint with regards to this, it is more than a month and no action has been taken.
