[Resolved]  Siemens — wrong supply o[censored]SG probe and not attending the call despite the repeated calls , even not attending calls

we purchased USG machine( Accuson X 300 premium edition) from siemens India through there representative Mr Rajkumar (mobile no. -[protected]) with 100% advanced payment. they delivered the machine in the month of September 2010. but the promised probe and there attachment was not given and on repeated reminders promised to replace or arrange some alternative. and even there seniors attended the calls and promised to find solution within 24-48 hrs. months has passed and nothing has been done and even Mr Rajkumar who was the person involved in whole deal is not answering calls for last one month. we are loosing lot of ptient and can't provide them the service o[censored]ltrasound properly.
by doing so siemens India playing against the norms of delivery of services and deserve punishment accordingly.

The Indian franchisee is creating bad name for company eg.their installtion in West Bengal in Aug-Sep 2010.
We purchased a Siemens Dishwasher which is under two years waranty, We complained as water is nent, . The complaint was duly registered & complanit no was given on phone no 67518080 in mumbai We were promised that the mechanic will come next day, Next day they confirmed that the mechanic has been sentt, till evening no one came, on inquiring the girl at the center told if does not come today he will come tomm he has so many works to attend to. On asking her to connect to some on senior to her she told that no one is available as all are busy in a meeting.

On the website no email is available to lodge a complaint, the attitude of the service center is so pathetic, three days the mechanic has no time & the customer is in lurch.
