Siemens — delay in attending | |||
Leakage in water hose found in Siemens automatic washing machine.As per the dealers advice we have contacted RBS HOME APPLIANCES LIMITED,who are the service agent for Siemens.After spate of reminders ,a service man has attended and ad viced to replace the hose ,for which we have readily agreed and pay the charges along with service charge.However the change of hose is not done stating that the hose is not available and it should come from BOMBAY.Without washing machine for three weeks is a nightmare for the family. Hi This is Ekambara i bought siemens washing machine from Devi International on 26/5/11Till today i.e 2/6/11 no tunred up to give demo to us every day i call them they are cooking up new stories
i don't know when will my problem be sloved, i want to give back to Devi International
