Worst service for Siemens in India My name is Madanagopal. Residing at No. 5. AKC Coloney CAK road Karur 639001 India. Siemens service in India, is the worst one you can ever get.I dint know whom to contact to talk about this. I bought Washing machine WM-2020. I called siemens service centre @ [protected] and [protected]. They have booked the complaint by one lady namely SARANYA by order No.0916 on 9th Nov 2010 and she said the service person, would come and nobody turned up.I waited for nearly 70 Days..In the mean time i have contact SARANYA nearly ten times every time she replied highly irritating answer by saying we will send service person, thats all. Siemens must rank as the most pathetic after sales company in India. It takes days top get through to the service centre number and then all you get is a LONG DRAWN justification for bad service. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!
