[Resolved]  Siemens Washer Dryer 1260 — Poor customer service/ poor product

Bought the above machine on 30/3/07 for Rs 45000. Stopped working on 23/6/9. I called up the service centre number. Got thro after 3 hours, having been on hold 3 times, for 45 min each. Finally after 3 days they sent a technician who coudnt diagnose the problem. Said there could be a problem
with the electroni module costing Rs 20000 or the motor Rs 10000. This was three days ago. The technician came again today and was unable to fix the machine. I shocked that a machine costing so much is so poorly built that it needs repair job replacing it's core component that's equal to half the cost of the machine. Is it built to last exactly the warranty period?
I have spoken with Mr Vilas at service and Mr Aijaz Vakil. I am
now unable to get thro to anyone on their numbers provided- [protected] and 67518080.
