[Resolved] Siemens Washing Machine — Door stuck | |||
My Siemens washing machine, is stuck with the centre loading door unable to be opened. The clothes are all stuck inside drum Tried calling service center in Mumbai at 67518000, but was treated continuously to a recorded msg that some one will attend shortly. After hanging on continuously for 25 minutes, I gave up in disgust and hung up. Now my options sem to be to break the door open and retrieve the clothes, and then chuck the good for nothing siemens machine and buy another brand. pls help. My phone number is 25565118 in Mumbai. I too have the same complaint, my front loading wash m/c has a stuck door and I am stuck with no service for the past 3 days. I don't know when my kitchen is going to stink. I am from Chennai and the service center has been promising to send a technician in another day from 22nd August 2008 and none until now.
