[Resolved] Siemens Washing Machine — Careless attitude of service centre | |||
I have purchased Siemens make Washing Machine (front loading) in 2008. Recently its front door got broken during opening the door. Complaint was immediately lodged in the so called Service Centre. They intimated that it will be attended in the evening but no body turned up. Next day when I called up again, the operator on my request connected me to the technical person Mr. Ronald. He told that he will be attending but did'nt tell the time. When I requested for the expected time of their arrival so that I can make my self available at home (as both o[censored]s self & wife are working), the concerned fellow disconnected the telephone. The request was again made to Ms Vanita, the in charge of the service center. She kept on argueing at the highest level with a high tone. when she was intimated that we both are working and it is not possible to be there at home for the whole day, she very rudely intimated time of 4'clock. But again the same scene, no body turned up. In this situation I really don't know what is to be done with such people who rudely behaves with the customers. I am still waiting for them at home as their telephone is also continuously engaged for last 2 hours. I can only say ' This is Pathetic' Was this information helpful? | |||
