Sify Broadband — Service related problem

Hello,
Not getting the service properly. Many time cable unplug problem. I am trying to connect to customer care on [protected], But they don't even pick up my phone. I am paying the money in advance.
So My suggetion to all the reader of this complaint, Please don't use sify broadband connection. I am frustrated.
