Sify Broadband — Internet connection drops intermittently ...poor customer service support

Subject: Problem with SIFY connection

Hi my user id is sarang_datye. I have been facing problems with Sify connection for the past 4 days. I stay in L&T Serene County, Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032.

I have been requesting the SIFY person in charge here Mr Naveen to rectify the issue. I keep getting disconnect with a DNS issue after every 5/10 minutes. It’s extremely disappointing that Naveen has not even bothered to come and check the problem.

So essentially I pay for the internet, but cannot use it effectively. There is a technical issue as well as legal issue in terms of the service being offered. Please help/advice in rectifying this issue ASAP.
