I have been facing problems with Sify connection for the past 4 days. I stay in L&T Serene County, Telecom Nagar, Gachibowli, Hyderabad 500032. I have been requesting the SIFY person in charge here Mr Naveen to rectify the issue. I keep getting disconnect with a DNS issue after every 5/10 minutes. It’s extremely disappointing that Naveen has not even bothered to come and check the problem. So essentially I pay for the internet, but cannot use it effectively.
