Sify Broadband — sify broadband not refunding money
My name is arun keshavkant tiwari and my problem is that I have made a complain for my sify internet connection by calling to their customer care on[protected] and they registered my complain and gave me a complaint number 11478978 by saying that your problem will be solved within 24 hours. But after two days of my complain I again call to thir customer care and asked about the status of my complain then their customer executive said to me that in my area there is no sify service provider so we are not able to provide you the service but my problem is that I have renewed my account with 3 monthly plan and out of the three month I have used up only one month of my plan so I asked about this to thier customer executive and he replied to me saying that your remaining amount will be refunded to you through cheque by post on your residence address within 15 days but now it's almost 4 months and still I haven't received the remaining amount I have called again in the month of september but again thier customer executive said to me that my complaint is under process sorry for delay you will recieve your amount within 10 to 15 days but still I have not received it.
Please do something about this and refund my money as early as possible it's not my fault that they don't have any sify service provider in my area if they have informed me about this earlier I have not renewed my account with 3 monthly plan, please solve this issue.
