Thanks sir u have passed the time to check out the machine even ur staff knows that it will not be configure on mtnl than why they are wasting their time. I[censored] could not rectify it than i want to surrend it and return my security of rs. 40, 000/- Kindly take the personal visit and check it properly and not try to resolve it plase rectify it because the sify custoemrs are breaking through non working of sift voip connection. (The following detials which have been correspondent by sift department but there is not use of it Dear mr. Gulati, Thank you for your mail. Further to our telecon, please note that the voice services in your outlet is disrupted as the voice unit has gone faulty due to earthing issues. As per your request in the call, inorder to check enabling the voice services through the alternate osp available with you, our engineer would be visiting your outlet in next one hour to try out the solution planned. If we are not able to enable the services through the alternate osp, we request you to install an isolator to arrest the earthing issues in your outlet, post which you can resume offering voice services to your customers.
