Sifymall — Sifymall is making FOOL

I have ordered products on 24th March 2008 ( order number s[protected]m ) and till now ( 10th April 2008 ) I have not received my product. When I asked them on Friday, that is, 4th April 2008, there executive ( Mr. Dhanraj ) told me that the product will be delivered either by tuesday ( 8th ) or wednesday ( 9th ). So I agreed to that point and then on 9th I asked them again, then there executive Mr. Joshi told me that He as escalated this issue to the concerned team and told me to wait for 24-48 hours. By this I came to know that Mr Dhanraj gave me false information. Now when I asked my doclet number on 10th from Mr. Joshi then he told me that my order is not dispatched yet. I told Mr joshi to ask Mr. Dhanraj to call me but no one call me up.

And more over when I asked for the COMPENSATION, then they refuse to give. Hence we can see that what kind of service they are providing to the customers.

So from this everyone can understand that SIFYMALL is making FOOL and they have taken the payment and now not delivering the product and there executives are giving the FALSE information.

So I request everyone who reads this that don't place any order from SIFYMALL.com.
