The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

good not delivered, no reply to query, no response on cc number
I had ordered a baby bottle strelizer from sify mall and they showed message that it wil be delivered in 5 days, but it is more than 15days and it is not yet delivered. I tried calling there customer care but no one is picking up the call so I wrote them online query fo rthis delay to which they flashed the message that it will be resolved in 2 days but still it is in open status.

I have ordered products on 24th March 2008 ( order number s[protected]m ) and till now ( 10th April 2008 ) I have not received my product. When I asked them on Friday, that is, 4th April 2008, there executive ( Mr. Dhanraj ) told me that the product will be delivered either by tuesday ( 8th ) or wednesday ( 9th ).
