[Resolved]  Sifymall — good not delivered, no reply to query, no response on cc number

bad service ... 4 orders place ..none deliverd in time .. no way to track status .. Never use SIFY mall again

The poor experience happended to me with sifymall, I booked a childrens laptop, paid full amount with shipping charges by internet banking, was advised will receive within5-7 working days, but received a TOOLS BOX after 17 days. when contacted customer care they always giving a same word "have placed a complaint will contact you shortly" this is going opn for the past 4 days.

SIFY MALL — Sify Mall Frauds

I had placed an oline order for HTC P3450 Touch Smart Phone on 18th July. Following are the order detials

Payment Method: ICICI Internet Banking

The committed delivery for this order was within 5-7 working days. Today i called up the customer care to find out the status of my order, i got a reply that the product is out of stock and they would return the money after 2 days. This is my first and last time with Sify Mall. I feel that they do this basically to roll money from the public. for example my 16k was left with them for 7 days without any interest or other expenses. God only knows from how many consumers they are taking money on a daily basis and taking them on a royal ride. THE SIFY MANAGEMENT MUST BE EXPOSED IN MEDIA AND MUST BE SUED FOR THEIR ACT OF FRAUD.

I am going to the consumer court against them and will fight it out.

Sifymall — Not good response and no service

i have purchased SANDISK SANSA express 2GB MP3 player from sifymall.

its not getting bootup.. hearphone not working.. with in 2 months
no response in phone... very very poor working style and no perfact service condition..

i recommanded to all not to purchase anything from sifymall..

Sifymall — Highly Irresponsible

This is regarding the order which i placed and cancelled due to the defect of the product delivered through Sify. The order number was s[protected]m. The product was taken 2 weeks back and i have not recieved my money back yet. This is a very high irresponsible act from such a reknowned firm like SIFY. Its very disappointing. I need my money back ASAP. If you continue to be irresponsible i will start proceedings legally

Sifymall — paid order not delivered yet.

I had ordered a toy i.e. battery operated helicopter (order no. 10810 dtd 09/08/2009 of Rs. 400/-) through sifymall on 9th august, 2009 and paid all the charges through internet banking on the same day. They said that they will deliver on/after 16/08/2009. But even after 3 complains, they are neither delivered the order nor refunded the money as requested in the complains.
It is therefore requested to look into the matter and resolve it.
I'll be grateful to you for this.

I totally agree. I had ordered four products but never received all four. When called and sent e-mails to customer service I did not get any proper response. Customer service is very poor. sifymall is total fraud. I have not received my refund nor products. I will advise people to think several times before ordering stuff on this website

Sifymall — Item not received

I bought a book from sifymall on the 3rd and have not received a response from the website !! it has been 5 days and i dont know where my product is ?
I should not have shopped with them knowing that it is a subsidary of Saytam (the biggest frauds) . This website should be banned !! They do not respond to the calls or the mails ! pathethic support

Sifymall — product not delivered almost a month

Dear Sir/ madam,

I have ordered a game a month before, my amount was deducted from the account same and after that no one responded till now for the delay of delivery. No one picks the phone and even the threads are automatically closed. I am trying to call them from a month now (ISD- UK)...they are useless fellows and these kinda internet fraud should be stopped...

i order mp3 player on 11th august, i paid through cerdit card it got authorities, but i havnt got the prodcut still yet . i placed many querys but they havnt take any necessary steps . . hereafter i am gng to avoid shopping through ur network . thx for ur nice and active care for customers sir . pls follow the same then u can get many custmers to post many querys . thx to make to do this kind things .
