I am a disabled ex-Service man for life vide my PPO.D/5010/79. I am entitled to get the broad banding of disability element w.e.f.2006. Signals Records has forwarded my Broad Banding documents to PCDA (P) vide Signals Records letter No. P/6319143/DP-1/ NER/ Pre.-96. dated 04 May 2011.After 3 months I inquired the PCDA(P) and they told me that they have returned the same documents to Signals Records vide PCDA (P) Letter No.G-3/X1/BB/MISC/11 DATED 20/05/2011 with certain clarification and my case has not been resubmitted by Signals Records to PCDA till 11/08/2011.
I sent 2 petitions on 30 /08/2011 and 3 Oct.2011 to Signals Records on Pin.No.908770, C/o 56 APO.But unfortunately I heard nothing from my records. Expecting an early reply from my honorable Records.

my army no. is 14261423k EX-ACP N/B SUB S.MARIA PRAKASAM, retired on 31 DEC 2010... my P.P.O.S/038315/2010 gross retirement gratuity which is received from the bank was 2, 62, 260 RS but the corrigendum ppo is mentioned as 3, 46, 270 RS there is a difference of DCRG yet again to be paid is 84, 010 RS.It is therefore requested that a case may please be initiated with the CDA(P) allahabad for speedy issue of corrg ppo incorporating the aforesaid difference of DCRG so that the bank authorities can make the payment accordingly.A suitable and speedy action on the matter is therefore requested under intimation to the applicant for which i shall be ever remain grateful to you.expecting a positive reply from my honourable signal records...

Respected sir, I Ex JC 367149M H/Sub Maj Ram Paul retd from service on 01 Apr 1999.My PPO No is S/080431/98(ARMY) and Corr PPO No is S/Corr/6thCPC200962/2011 dated 21 Jun 2012. Please refer NER Gp Signals Records letter No P/JC-367149/NER/Sangam dated 31 Aug 2016 in which PCDA Allahabad has been asked to make necessary correction of DOB of my wife in the PPOs and Records which has been not been done and intimated to me so far even after one year besides your letter under reference. Only year of birth as 1952 has been shown in the corr PPO which is incorrect which may haras my heirs at a later date. The exact DOB of my wife is 24 Jun 1954 which is available in the Records. Kindly take the necessary action as 7cpc corr PPOs are under publication, I shall remain very grateful to you in this regards. Thanks

I No 15357960H ExNaik Jaivir singh (OSS) retired on 01 Apr 2001 after 14 Years and 51 days Service bordout on medical ground. my PPO No D/010449/2001 dt 12 feb 2002. As per PPO my pension was service 1450 and medical 775 and Rs 792/- commuted.
My PDA SBI MDU Rohtak Code 04734 Acct No [protected] not yet given one rank one pension benefits till date.
As per june month pension was credit in my acct Rs 6248/-(including DA) I approch many times to bank and dealing clerk but no action taken till date.
kindly issue a fresh PPO to bank to avoid further delay.
