I am jc 381166x ex sub v venkata subbaiah retirement on 30th september 2017. My ppo no d/13778/2017. But my commutation and disability pension not received last six months i speak telephone conversation with your records representative are messaged me your documents for word to pcda alhabad on 72 march 2018. But pcda was not received any type of documents are not available in the pcda. Please clarify my documents forward or not to be intimate him. I am construction of house in last four months to work continues. But last month work is stopped due to amount not received of my commutation. Please clarify the situation of the present position. As on earlier.

non adjustment of pension
Sir, i (Jc-376101a sub maj/ hony lt dinesh singh rawat) am retired from corps of signals on 28 feb 2017 (An) as sub maj/hony lt vide ppo no s/47376/2016 (Army). But after more than eight months of retirement, i could not got the revised ppo as hony lt neither getting the pension of hony lt whereas many persons retired with me on same date as hony lt are receiving pension of hony lt as well as they got the gratuity and commutation differences of sub maj and hony lt also.
Therefore you are requested to do needful for issuing of my revised ppo, commutation, gratuity, arrears of pension since mar 2017 and arrears of payment from sep 2016 to feb 2017 (Acting service to date of retirement).

As per letter dated 2001, I entitle for 75% disability, so kindly put me in 50-75% broad band and plz may be sanctioned 75% disability element with arrears . Thanks

Non payment of the pension of hony nb sub and payment of wrong disability percentage
Sir,
1. Please refer corgg ppo no s/corr/021721/2007 (Army) dated - 13 april 2007.
2. I, no 14245448m hony nb sub arup sankar das adhikari. My banker is paying me the pension of hav, where as i am authorise to draw the pension of hony nb sub. Pension disbursing branch has fixed my basic pension rs 9, 793/- (Nine thousand seven hundred ninety three only), where as i am authorise to draw the basic pension of hony nb sub ie rs 11, 138/- (Eleven thousand one hundred thirty eight only).In this connection please refer note no - 6 of table no - 7 of pcda (P) allahabad circular no - 555 dated - 04 feb 2016. Pension disbursing branch is asking for a fresh ppo of orop. Neither doing anything on several requests nor any action taken over my applications.
3. Please refer corrg ppo no - de/corr/029450/2010 dated - 13 dec 2010.
4. My banker confused about my percentage of disability and asking for a letter stating percentage of disability clearly. I am sure that the dealing cleark of my pension disbursing branch is unable to understand the percentage of disability from the above said ppo.
5. My banker's address is given below :-

1.No 15354112 Y EX Hav Balwinder jit singh retired 30 April 2003 with 50% disability pension for life vide PPO No DE/013833/2003 dt 10 oct 2003 .
2. As per the instr disability table counted as under :-
1. 1 to 49----- is 50 %
2. 50 to 75 is 75 %
3. 76 to 100 is 100%

NON RECEIPT OF DISABILITY PENSION PPO
Sir,
I, No:15370824L Naik (TER) K.David Bhaskaran retired on 01 FEB 2008.I was drawn my service pension from Canara Bank, Srivilliputtur (Branch), Tamil Nadu, PIN-626125 since Feb 2008. At the time of retirement my RMB was not completed. My RMB was finalized in 2011. In this records pl ref your HQ letter No P/15370824/DP-1/NERre-sub dt 23 Apr 2011. After finalization of my RMB I was recd disability pension along with my service pension till date.
Now the bankers lost the copy of disability pension PPO and then they credit my service pension only without deducting commutation amount which is equal to my service pension along with disability pension.
In view of above you are requested to pl fwd a copy of my disability pension PPO to the bank for rectify the issue and also fwd a copy to me that i am not recd earlier.

Non receipt of Corr. PPO in respect of No 14293098 h Hav nabakumar debnath after submitting of signal records part ii order for change of wife`s name
1. I deeply regretted to mention that after a sending of several request to change of my Corr. PPO in the name of my wife, have not yet been received from signal records Jabalpur.
2. The correct name of my wife after marriage is RINA DEBNATH and before marriage her name was RINA NATH is rectified and published vide Signal Records Jabalpur DO Part II order No NER/103/003/2014 dated 28.01.2014.
3. The request letter with supporting documents has been sent through Speed Post to SR. Records Officer Signals Records on 26.05.14 and 29.10.14 as well as the Commandant Signals on 29.10.2014.
4. The same have also been posted through E-Mail to Sr.Records Officer, Corps of Signals Jabalpur on 05.01.15, 12.02.15, 25.07.15 and 30.08.15
5. My request with Xerox copy of DO Part Order, PPO Order and Bank Accounts Pass Book have also been sent through Zila Saiunik Board, Howrah, West Bengal vide their official letter No. 01/12-N/2015-19 on 11.03.15 to Officer in Charge, Signal Records.

Non receipt of Corr. PPO in respect of No 14293098 h Hav nabakumar debnath after submitting of signal records part ii order for change of wife`s name
1. I deeply regretted to mention that after a sending of several request to change of my Corr. PPO in the name of my wife, have not yet been received from signal records Jabalpur.
2. The correct name of my wife after marriage is RINA DEBNATH and before marriage her name was RINA NATH is rectified and published vide Signal Records Jabalpur DO Part II order No NER/103/003/2014 dated 28.01.2014.
3. The request letter with supporting documents has been sent through Speed Post to SR. Records Officer Signals Records on 26.05.14 and 29.10.14 as well as the Commandant Signals on 29.10.2014.
4. The same have also been posted through E-Mail to Sr.Records Officer, Corps of Signals Jabalpur on 05.01.15, 12.02.15, 25.07.15 and 30.08.15
5. My request with Xerox copy of DO Part Order, PPO Order and Bank Accounts Pass Book have also been sent through Zila Saiunik Board, Howrah, West Bengal vide their official letter No. 01/12-N/2015-19 on 11.03.15 to Officer in Charge, Signal Records.

Request for Disability Pension PPO copy D/RA/8018 dated 11 Dec 2001

Sir, I retired from army on 01/03/1988 and was getting pension from Treasury Office Lucknow and recently I have got my pension documents transferred to Canara Bank Lucknow and my account number is[protected]. Treasury Office has sent service pension PPO but not sent Disability Pension PPO . The PPO number is D/RA/8018 dated 11 December 2001. Sir, I, Army No 15361515F Rank HAV (ACP NB SUB) Kalshetti Rajkumar B am retired from army on 31 Jan 2012 as HAV (ACP- NB SUB) on completing 24 years service. My arrears payment for ACP NB SUB has been settled by hon-able SIGNALS RECORDS/ PAO (OR) CORPS OF SIGNALS and I have claimed up to 31 Jan 2012. However, arrears of commutation/ gratuity for NB SUB and pension scale have not been updated and released by PCDA (P) Allahabad for which I have sent corrigendum letter through Signals records Jabalpur (MP) in Feb 2012 while I was in Depot Regt, Corps of Signals for issue of Corrigendum PPO. My some co- retired persons PPO has already been updated and they are drawing pension on NB SUB scale. My request is that your kind intervention is required towards our Signal Records (NER GROUP) to remind PCDA (P) Allahabad to accelerate this process and forward the PPO to our Bank, (STATE BANK OF INDIA, Market yard, Solapur ACCT NO [protected] at the earliest. Dear respected sir, i am army no 15365622A Ex Hav Sukhveer singh retired from corps of signal Jabalpur (.mp) on 1 July 2012 ,my pension ppo copy has not come in my bank branch so i am requesting your kind honour to please send my ppo copy to my bank branch as soon as early i can withdraw my existing pension i am facing hard for this problem .
