Kindly refer the letter No. G3/VIII/E-Comp/Signals/2016 dated 16.03.2016 of the Sr. Accounts Officer (P), Office of he Principal Controller of Defence Accounts (Pension) Allahabad. I have submitted an application to the Principal Controller of Defence accounts (Pension)for the endorsement of family pension. The P.C.D.A.(P) requested you to look into the matter and the claim may please be forwarded to them along with sheet roll and other connected documents if the same may be admissible. It is informed by the P.c.D.A.(P), Allahabad vide heir letter No. G3/VIII/E-Comp/Signals/2016 dated 31.03.2016/04.04.2016 that they have not yet received any reply from your side.. I request you to please forward the relevant records to the P.C.D.A. (P) for granting family pension to my wife after my death.

NON PAYMENT OF THE PENSION OF HONY NB SUB AND PAYMENT OF WRONG DISABILITY PERCENTAGE

Sir,

1. Please refer Corgg PPO No S/CORR/021721/2007 (Army) Dated - 13 April 2007.

2. I, No 14245448M Hony Nb Sub Arup Sankar Das Adhikari. My Banker is paying me the pension of Hav, where as I am authorise to draw the pension of Hony Nb Sub. Pension disbursing Branch has fixed my Basic pension Rs 9, 793/- (Nine thousand seven hundred ninety three only), where as I am authorise to draw the Basic Pension of Hony Nb Sub ie Rs 11, 138/- (Eleven thousand one hundred thirty eight only). In this connection please refer Note No - 6 of Table No - 7 of PCDA (P) Allahabad Circular No - 555 Dated - 04 Feb 2016. Pension disbursing Branch is asking for a fresh PPO of OROP. Neither doing anything on several requests nor any action taken over my Applications.

3. Please refer Corrg PPO No - DE/CORR/029450/2010 Dated - 13 Dec 2010.

4. My Banker confused about my Percentage of Disability and asking for a letter stating percentage of Disability clearly. I am sure that the Dealing Cleark of my pension disbursing Branch is unable to understand the percentage of Disability from the above said PPO.

I JC 379318P Sub & Hony Sub Maj (OSS) Ramvir Singh Pal was retired on 30 Jun 2016 and SOS from Corps strength w.e.f. 01 Jul 2016. My last unit was Signal Intelligence Directorate, IHQ of MoD DHQ PO New Delhi.
I am receiving my pension as per old pension scale (6th CPC) and I have not received my corrigendum PPO and any beneficiary amount as per 7th CPC till now. Whenever person who were retired on 31 Jul 2016 have received new pension scale, Corrigendum PPO and all beneficiary amount as per 7th CPC.

In view of above, you are requested to please check my case at your end and issue my Corrigendum PPO as well as beneficiary amount as per 7th CPC.

Respected Sirs,

I, LAXMI PASBOLA, widow of NO. 14209930 HAV (LATE) DEVENDRA DATTA PASBOLA applied for family pension dated 05 Aug 2019, through web portal CPGRAM registration number PMOPG/D/2019/0296010 dated 21 Aug 2019.

Then, I received CLAIM TO FAMILY PENSION AND CHILDREN ALLOWANCE form along with the attachment that state, all the necessary documents are to be submitted with the filled up form by post to the mentioned address i.e THE RECORDS SIGNAL, PIN- 908770, C/O 56 APO.

I tried my level best to complete the form as early as possible with all the necessary details required in the form. But, unfortunately, due to nationwide lockdown, the process got delayed. So, I sent the completed form with all attachments by register post(NO.- EU[protected]IN) dated 06 JULY 2020 .

Till now I have not received any response from THE RECORDS SIGNAL. I request you to kindly assist me in this matter. I will be highly obliged.
