SIM — deduct my balance, My call rate, customer care call not connected,

I am priyanshu sharma.I am working in thomson reuters media company.
I have prepaid connection [protected] sorry to say last 6 month we are facing a problem.
The main problem are when i recharge my no. you deduct my balance. I am last recharge 130 rs
date 4-10-12. and you deduct my balance 63rs 5-10-12 why you deduct my balance i am last
warning to you and give me rply. ok
my 2nd problem your customer care calling me 29-9-12 and30-9-12 and he says your call rate has changed airtel to oyther 1paisa per second and airtel to airtel 20 paisa per minute for 3month
free but unfortunately plan has not changed and he says i write your complain but not respond.
3rd complain my call not connect in customercare why and customer care boys and girls tell a lie
and pls call you airtel comp.and talk with me and my all problems pls solved imigeitly.
