Siti Cable Digital Southdelhi — set top box not working since 1 month

my siti cable set top box has been blocked for the last one month despite i have been regulaly giving my monthly subscription to local cable operater jagdamba cable net works, chirag delhi, new delhi 110017
i am making atleast three calls daily [protected].
