[Resolved]  Sjr Primecorp — Delay in launch

SJR Primecorp was launching a project named Regent Park in August 2012.
9 months after booking, the project has not been launched while at the time of booking it was supposed to launch in November 2012.
If they has clearly stated the launch date to be in Oct-Nov 2013, which looks a real possibility, I would have booked somewhere else.
But everytime, they are saying 15 more days and hence the dilemma.

Now for cancelling the booking, they want 45 days for refund.
That too is not confirm as per some complaints here in the forum itself.
These are really unprofessional guys and I want a legal action against them.
Please tell me the procedure.
