Hi Sir/Madam,

I, Tilak Raj Babbar, had paid Fifty Thousand rupees (INR 50, 000) for booking of Flat 1002, Silver County Road, Lakedew Residency-Phase 2, Meadows, Parappana Agrahara, Haralur, Karnataka – 560068 to SRJ Prime Corporation Private Limited on 30 May 2022.

I purchased SJR property. They have charged 30k extra for maintenance which they said will refund after registry. Registry was done on 1st sep, but still they have not refunded the money. Everyday they come up with new excuse. Now they have stopped picking calls also. I have their mail confirmation for refund but they haven't refund it yet....

I have booked an apartment in Blue waters Mayfair block on 2013. They mentioned in the agreement that they will deliver the property on Jan'2017. But last year they cancelled my block and then we requested them to refund my money back.

We booked SJR Primecorp's Pavilion homes in Feb 2012 and we were supposed to get the apartments in March 2013. Its June 2014 and still no sign of apartment delivery. SJR Primecorp was launching a project named Regent Park in August 2012.
9 months after booking, the project has not been launched while at the time of booking it was supposed to launch in November 2012.
If they has clearly stated the launch date to be in Oct-Nov 2013, which looks a real possibility, I would have booked somewhere else.
But everytime, they are saying 15 more days and hence the dilemma.

Now...

SJR Primecorp is constructing Fiesta Homes in Electronics City, Phase-2, Bangalore - 100. They have got all the BDA approvals for the project.
However, now SJR Primecorp is changing the building plans in violation of the BDA approvals. They are adding an extra balcony to all apartments in violation of the approved elevation.
Also, the added area is violating the FAR requirement for the project....
