Hi Sir/Madam,

I, Tilak Raj Babbar, had paid Fifty Thousand rupees (INR 50, 000) for booking of Flat 1002, Silver County Road, Lakedew Residency-Phase 2, Meadows, Parappana Agrahara, Haralur, Karnataka – 560068 to SRJ Prime Corporation Private Limited on 30 May 2022.

I booked the flat under the guidance of Mr Ankit Singh, Dy. Manager Sales (Contact details- +91 [protected])

I regret to inform you that due to financial reasons, I will not be able to make the purchase. Therefore, as per your terms and conditions, I want to cancel my booking of the property.

I paid the booking charges of Fifty Thousands rupees (INR 50, 000) from the bank account of my wife Mrs Neelam Babbar.

Kindly proceed with the cancellation and initiate the refund the full amount at the earliest.
