Skoda Auto India — Genuine warranty not addressed by Blackberry

Hallo, I have a blackberry phone 9900 which is under warranty, I have give it on repair more than 1 month ago at sec 14 gurgaon blackberry service center, after several follow ups & visits today finally when I call thier executive Mr. Monoj, he is saying phone will be repair on chargable basis because its display got cracked automoticly and company agreeing that the device have internal softwire fault.

Blackberry company in not resonding on phone as wellas mails.

request to help me out from this issue. I attached details for referance.
