I am a customer of skoda skoda fabia diselvehicle since November 08. I bought it from Calicut dealer (Marikar).Last monthI went there and done interior cleaning work. But afterwards my vehicle's front left door power switch (control from the driver side) is not working and one of the rear seat head rest adjusting system is found missed.Accordingly I contacted the service centre and went there for repair but they didn't have any of the spare part with them and I requested the service supervisor to contact the company and onbtain it.On 17th May I found one of my car's tyre got damaged and I contacted the Service Manager and I got it replaced on 3rd June. When I went there to get it I met the service supervisor and asked him about changing damaged parts and got the reply that the parts are not yet with them. Now I need 15000/-Km service and yesterday I contacted him and office staff to get a date for service and enquired about the replacement of the said parts. Still now they don't have stock and about service they not serious and I was told that the work shop is under repair and will call after a week. Also My car is showing a trouble ie when applying reverse gear it makes a sound similar to that of applying a gear without applying clutch. It was happening after the car completed 5000 Km.I approached the service supervisor for maintaining it but still it is not maintained.What can I do Sir? What can I do to the replacement of switch and getting repaired the rear head rest and the clutch problem? My place is 135 Km far from calicut. For a service or maintanence I have to drive 270km. I told them about my difficulty but every time while calling or reaching there they are telling that they are so busy and not getting timely service. It was my great wish to obtain a skoda car and I bought one and now in problems, so much worried about getting proper service.
Sir, though I sent a message against your dealer's service, I have a humble request to you not to disclose my name or mail address to them because the only available skoda service centre near to my place is calicut and I am forced to go there. I request your helpand assistance and get timely maintanence. Inform the dealer that you are a getting complaints from customers about their service and non stock of proper spare parts. I hope I can trust you and you will give proper assistance and advice to me. Also I wish to know whether you have a service centre in mysore. Mysore is only 110 Km from my place and the road is far better. My place is wayanad and to reach calicut I have to drive through ghat road, fuel consumption and kilometre is less to reach Mysore .Kindly tell me if your service centre is in mysore and whether I will get free service and guaranteed service.
