CAR DETAILS : MODEL : SUPERB ELEGANCE 1.8 TSI WE PAID FULL ADVANCE IN DECEMBER AND GOT THE DELIVERY AFTER ONE MONTH ON 29TH JAN 10, TODAY FIRST DAY WE TOOK THE CAR AND AC WAS NOT WORKING.WE CALLED UP DEALER SINCE MORNING MANY TIMES , HIS TECHNICIAN CAME AND CHECKED AND SAID THE CAR NEEDS TO BE CHECKED ON COMPUTER AND HENCE SENT TO THEIR GARAGE AT ANDHERI. DO YOU SUPPLY SUCH DIFFECTIVE CAR AND WITHOUT PROPER QUALITY CHECKS ?? No feed back , no information.you have both our money and car.Kindly Refund our total money paid with interest or replace the car at the earliest. PLEASE REPLACE THE CAR OR REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID.. Dealing with these people I clearly see that there is no after sales service provided by SKODA INDIA and they are just making a fool/mockery of the customer Please see the corrupt practices going on at Škoda Auto India Pvt.
