Skullcandy — Poor Quality Products, Lies About Warranty | |
I bought a pair of skullcandy earphones and in 3 weeks of average use with my iPad (meaning I didn't even put it in my pocket) it BROKE. The needle just came out. When I contacted the customer service to claim for warranty they refuse to replace it for free (they do it internationally) and are asking me to pay 50% more. SKULLCANDY INDIA SUCKS ... Hahaha...Dude they must have been giving you a discount of 50% on next purchase...
@Prince21 why should I pay extra to get a defected earphones replaced ? The thing barely lasted me for 3 months !!! I have had chinese products last longer than that ...
