Cancelled Order of Jib tm wireless earbuds on the Same day I ordered i.e on the 22 of September, 2023 (#[protected].
Today is the 1st of November, 2023 and till date have not received my Refund and all I recieve from the Company's Customer care service both via E-mail & Call is that the Transaction has taken place and to Check with the bank and payment source when in reality no source of transaction has even taken place and the Refund Amount is not even reflected in my bank Account.
