[Resolved] Sleepwell Mattress — Sagging - needs replacement | |||
Hi, We have been trying to reach Sleepwell mattresses since August - means for the past 5 months and we have not received any response from the service representative. Our mattress has been inspected and confirmed that it needs to be replaced and no one seems to take the responsibility after confirmation of replacement. Rupesh the person incharge of conducting the replacement is using all his escapes to delay the replacement and Rupesh is not fit to be in customer care. Dear sir I am having a complain regarding your mattress that i am facing sagging problem in two mattress which i bought from the shop having dealings with u'r product. In-spite of being complaining to them they are not changing the mattresses, so please kindly take some action against this.Please inform me in my e-mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com
