I placed a online order(SW_87997) with sleepwell (mysleepwell.com) on 15th Nov and while checkout the promised that delivery will be happened within within 5/7 days .

They never pick up phones. I sent couple of emails then they replied that they are going to deliver that by "max coming Monday" 27th Nov. But no update after 27th Nov also. I'm still waiting for my product.

I have sent a mail for return of Sleepwell mattress (Spinetech air; Order no. : ORDER SW_20426)

It was delivered yesterday evening (22 April 2022). The mattress is small in size compared to the bed and is of no use to us. The mattress is still in its packed state and during the delivery itself we asked for return, however, the delivery person refused.

Please understand the waste it is creating, we all have goal...

I placed a online order(SW_16722) with sleepwell (mysleepwell.com) on 9th Dec and while checkout the promised date of delivery was 14th Dec.

The dispatch was scheduled from Managalore Distributor, I got a call from them, they told that they wont dispatch the item as it doesn't fall under their area and they informed that they will send a mail to the Head Office to change the same.

How its possible that Comfort Cell Sleepwell mattress fabrics quality is very poor. In 2 Years its now in bad condition and not able to sleep. I bought a Sleepwell mattress from the Calicut dealer of Sheela Foam - M/s Ajantha Foam, Bank Road, Calicut. This mattress had a claimed warranty of 25 years, and was premium priced (no doubt).

Within a few months the mattress began to stink, giving off a "burning rubber" smell. After calling up Ajantha a few times, they relented and inspected the mattress at my premises and recommended putting it out in the sun....
