Purchased Sleepwell Esteem model mattress in July 2024. My brother is using the same model, and he purchased it 3-4 years ago. Looking at the comfort and quality, I decided to purchase the same model. However, after using it for a week's time, my back and shoulder started paining. Similar is the case with my wife and other family members. I am not sure what defect it has, but it has brought me to the medical issues and it's almost impossible to use them any more. I raised a complaint on[protected] #324118 but the inspection team is saying that there is no defect in the mattress. I asked them to take it back and use it for 2 days, they will get to know the problem, but they are not helping. I checked on the website and everywhere it is mentioned - "As per the company policy, Sleepwell will refund your purchase price, including any collected sales tax, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase after using the product for no fewer than 30 nights, but not later than 100 days after your purchase."
I am still under this period and requesting for an exchange as this present mattress is leading me to a medical condition.
