Purchased Sleepwell Esteem model mattress in July 2024. My brother is using the same model, and he purchased it 3-4 years ago. Looking at the comfort and quality, I decided to purchase the same model. However, after using it for a week's time, my back and shoulder started paining. Similar is the case with my wife and other family members. I am not sure what defect it has, but it has brought me to the medical issues and it's almost impossible to use them any more. I raised a complaint on[protected] #324118 but the inspection team is saying that there is no defect in the mattress. I asked them to take it back and use it for 2 days, they will get to know the problem, but they are not helping. I checked on the website and everywhere it is mentioned - "As per the company policy, Sleepwell will refund your purchase price, including any collected sales tax, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase after using the product for no fewer than 30 nights, but not later than 100 days after your purchase."

I am still under this period and requesting for an exchange as this present mattress is leading me to a medical condition.

Kindly help.

    The order number is sw_109800. It’s an order of mattress and pillow. The return request is well within the return window provided on their website.

    The return request was submitted on 20.03.24. Today is 22.04.24 Till now no response has been received Inspite of following up multiple times.

    The website proudly mentions hassle free returns and warranties but the customer care services has been pretty useless. It’s been more than a month and sleepwell has just been sleeping on the issue.

    When will I get my refund?????

      I ordered 2 Durafirm 3.0 Mattress from Sleepwell for 27110 /- on March 3rd 2024 vide order id-sw_107452.
      There was zero communication from Sleepwell once they took my money – i did not get a receipt or invoice of the transaction at all. They told me they would mail me [this they told me 7 times on 7 different occasions] but I have not received it.
      Then they marked my mattress as delivered on their website – when I enquired about it they are saying they are seeing it in the system so it is delivered. There is no proof of delivery happening at all.

      Till date I have not received an invoice for the mattress, and I have not even received any mattress, which means there is a faud happening. Your Customer Care representative names “Prakash Kumar” assured that this will be taken care of – nothing has changed in the past 4 days.

      I am tired and frustrated by the unprofessional response and I want my money back.

        Sleepwell Mattress replace/exchange request

        Hi Myself Ayushi Bansiwal, I purchased Sleepwell mattress, but the mattress was not fitted properly, So I raised a complaint or exchange mail very next day. But still, I didn't get any response from the company. I want the exchange of the mattress or please take it and give my money back.

        We bought 2 sets of mattresses from Sleepwell store in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi in January 2024. The mattress size was bigger for our bed than expected and the mattresses were too soft to our comfort. We wanted to return them the same day, but the store owner refused to take them back stating the company will not allow return of the mattresses. The cover and the mattresses were intact. Using those mattresses despite complaining and requesting multiple times has caused physical pain like hip joint pain to some of my family members. Kindly help us sort this issue and return the mattresses at the earliest.

          Hi, myself Deepak, I have logged my complaint for replacement of my Matress. Complaint no is. 288991 on Dt. 1st Dec23. They told my Matress will come within 7 working days but still after 40 days gone I didn't get my new matress. No one is giving response to me. Eventhough multiple times I called on CC helpline number they didn't picked my call..Can u tell when I can get my Matress.

            I placed an oder on Sleepwell’s website on 11th December. Order no. sw_92708. I got an email that the order will be delivered in 5 to 8 days. It has been 1 week and still the order has not been dispatched. I tried calling their helpline no. it was of no use, it asks me to wait and then gets disconnected after sometime. I emailed them on their helpline mail ID too but no response. I dont know when will my order get delivered. Please help.

                SW_87997 - Not dispatched yet | Not cancelling order also

                I placed a online order(SW_87997) with sleepwell (mysleepwell.com) on 15th Nov and while checkout the promised that delivery will be happened within within 5/7 days .

                They never pick up phones. I sent couple of emails then they replied that they are going to deliver that by "max coming Monday" 27th Nov. But no update after 27th Nov also. I'm still waiting for my product.

                Then I requested them to cancel my order....

                  My order Id is 80717 and received a ortho pro foam mattress today in the evening around 5.35 pm

                  After unboxing the mattress we found that there is a small hole in the metres cover.

                  My request is to please open the complaint against this order Id or send me a fresh mattress cover

                  If it's not possible then please take the mattress back and refund the amount to source.

                  I have attached the pic of the hole and waiting for your reply on this complaint

                  1) please raise complaint and we will look in to it
                  2)we will take action as soon as possible
                  3) after 10 working days - our system is not working so won't be able to check your complaint
                  4) we will call back to you once our system is up
                  5) your complaint does not exist
                  Then call disconnect

                  If you want to give this kind of service

                  Then please refund my money and take your mattress back

                  Or I will raise complaint on higher level or go to consumer court as my Elderly dad is getting stressed with this kind of response from your team

                      I have received faulty product against my complaint no 285396.

                      They deliver mattres which is sagging from first day and not able to sleep on this.

                      I have lodged a complaint regarding this with complaint no 287084.

                      but after 5 days of complaint logged no one visit to solve this. Still waiting for resolution my issue.

                          Left side edge vertical face has become loose ... foam has broken inside
                          Top side edje vertical face foam is bulging out
