I am writing this regarding the issue I am facing while using your Gen X 2.0 Mattress.
I lodged a complaint regarding:
1.) It being TOO soft, as against what was promised to be (how much it will be soft) when I bought it, but within 20-25 days, it started getting way too soft, because of which I also had a hand injury, which was rather detrimental for me.
2.) The sagging.
I filed a complaint and it was attended virtually, now in virtual cases how will someone physically experience what we are facing? A photo of sagging and the mattress being much much much softer than we asked for (and promised that it won’t go much softer and will be as it is now) CANNOT be taken.
When I asked for re-opening the complaint, the brand recommended to use the mattress as it is. YES TO INJURE MYSELF OR ANYONE ELSE AGAIN. Clearly, the morality is all gone.
Just as a matter of formality, I was asked for images and then I received a mail saying it wasn’t a genuine complaint.
I bought two mattresses from them, I would have complained about both if I was not genuine and was just passing time!
I am really disappointed by the response.I also went to the dealer directly, and he asked me to complain about it, as he did see the injury, and he seemed to understand the problem, and assured us that something will be done, but nothing happened.
