hii. my father custmer of smart gsm srevices.my no. is [protected] ... 5-6 month pehle company k promotional call se mene 1 caller tune activate ki thi . but comapny ne isko kuch dino tak continue chalaya . or uske bad automatically compny ki caller tune activate ho gai jo pichle 1.5 month se continue chalu he. jab mene aaj co. k custmer care me bat ki to assst. team leader leval se bat ki to unhone caller tune disactivate kar di...and mujhe refund dene ko mana kar dia ...

there is one question : kya custmer comapny ki hello tunes k lie monthly charges pay karega ??
