mera naam nirmal bajaj hi.aur me reliance smart gsm ka sim card use kar raha hu,usme problem ye hi ki company waale automatically dial tone activate kar dete hi, 3 - 4 baar humne comlain ki hi aur company dwaara direction dene par sms dwaara wo dial tone kush samay ke liye deactivate kar di jaati hi, lekin kush samay baad phir se aa jati hi....

Unhappy complain regarding SMS wrongly charging by reliance

recharge value

Dear Sir,
After every call I am getting a message that recharge of Rs.100.00 will get Rs.100.00.
But when I recharged today(My cell phone No.[protected]) I got Rs.88.66 and payable Rs.100.00.
Unfortunately I am not able to contact Customer care(58200) after repeated try.Not to mention the service here,I think the "WORST" of all cell service in my town....

Sim Registered in another name

Dear Sirs,

I have been using this mobile number [protected] from past 2 years and I have submitted the necessary documents for the same. Yesterday I lost my mobile and i immediately went to the police station and lodged the complaint giving the Imei number of phone and mobile number.

When i called on reliance customer care and told them to block the sim, so they asked me questions for verification and I came...

I have buyed a numbers of smart number of smart gsm [protected]
and all customer centers and local office of bilaspur are not helping me out i have buyed the number on[protected] and submitted all documents on[protected] at 4 pm.
but still GPRS service is not activated and cc representative saying that your document are not submitted now show me where i am wrong. answer me in next 24 hours or i complained at TRAI....
